Handyman Services — Punch-List Work, Done

While we're on site for a gutter install or cleaning, it's often more efficient to knock out the punch-list jobs you've been putting off — the door hardware that needs replacing, the drywall patch over where the towel rack pulled out, the exterior caulk that's gone brittle, the trim board that needs nailing back. One trip, one bill, one less thing on your list.

We also take handyman calls standalone. Most jobs are quoted and done within a single visit. Bigger projects we'll quote and schedule for a separate day.

Small jobs done well. Bundled with gutter work or standalone. One person on the call, one person doing the work.

Common handyman work we handle:

  1. Door hardware + adjustments — Replace knobs, deadbolts, hinges. Adjust binding doors. Re-strike plates. Fix sticking latches.
  2. Drywall patches — Small to medium drywall patches — anchor pulls, nail pops, doorknob holes. Mudded, sanded, ready for paint.
  3. Exterior caulking + weatherstripping — Re-caulk windows, doors, and trim. Replace failed weatherstripping. Seal exterior penetrations.
  4. Light carpentry — Trim repair, cabinet doors, shelf installation, fence pickets, gate adjustments.
  5. Bathroom + kitchen fixes — Towel bars, toilet seats, shower curtain rods, faucet handles, drain clearing.
Handyman work bundled with a Rio Rancho gutter install

Most handyman calls in NM go to companies that send a different person every time, charge a trip fee, and try to upsell. We don't do that. The owner takes the call, the owner does the work, and you pay a flat rate for the job — no hourly creep.

Why Choose Precision

  • Bundled With Gutter Work

If we're already on site for a gutter install or cleaning, we'll knock out punch-list items at a reduced rate.

  • Flat-Rate Pricing

Quoted by job, not by hour. You know the number before we start. No "it took longer than expected" calls.

  • Same Person, Every Time

Owner takes the call, owner does the work. No rotating crews, no different person each visit.

  • Honest About Scope

If a job is outside our wheelhouse — or needs a licensed specialist — we'll tell you up front and refer you to someone who handles it.

How it works

Punch-List Day in Albuquerque

An Albuquerque homeowner had us out for a gutter cleaning and added six punch-list items to the visit — door hardware, two drywall patches, exterior caulking, and a sticking gate.

How we handled it

  • Walk the list: Met the homeowner before starting, walked through each item, quoted on the spot for the bundle.
  • Gutters first: Cleaned and tested the gutters while ladder access was already set up.
  • Punch list: Knocked through the six items in order. Drywall patches mudded for the homeowner to paint.
  • One bill: All seven items billed together at a bundle price — about 25% less than each booked separately.

What Rio Rancho & ABQ Say

  • Beautiful, Clean Install

Juan and his crew installed seamless gutters on our whole house in one day. Color matched perfectly, every downspout drains clear, and the cleanup was spotless. Quote was fair and exactly what we paid.

    Lauren P. Rio Rancho, NM
  • Saved Our Foundation

Water had been pooling against our slab for years. Juan rerouted both downspouts, added extensions, and the back wall has been dry through two monsoon seasons. Smart, careful work.

    Marcus T. Albuquerque, NM
  • Got Us In Before Monsoon

Three other companies couldn't fit us in. Precision had us measured, quoted, and installed in under a week — right before the rains started. Saved my stucco.

    Jenna R. Corrales, NM
  • Will Use Again Without Hesitation

Cleaned out the cottonwood debris from every run, repaired two sagging sections, and added gutter guards. Showed up when he said, charged what he quoted. That's all you can really ask for.
